| Breeding Contract Mare Management Fees Rules for Transported Cooled Semen Y-Y Shipping Info | |

RULES FOR TRANSPORTED COOLED SEMEN 2011 Breeding Season Attachment 2 dated (8-02-05) The following items must be in the possession of the Stallion Owner before semen will be shipped: a. Entire breeding fee. b. Deposit of $150.00 to cover cost of first shipment. Additional Shipment will require additional deposit of $150.00 prior to shipment. c. Stallion Breeding Contract signed by Mare Owner. d. Copy of the Mare's Registration Papers (Both sides). e. A completed Shipping information form (attachment). f. Completed credit card authorization (attachment, if applicable). 2. The mare owner is responsible for all container shipping charges TO and FROM the breeding farm. Disposable shipping containers are used. A $35.00 container fee will be charged for each container used. 3. All Stud Fees, collection fee, shipping container and shipping costs must be must be received by Stallion Owner before shipment will be made to Mare Owner. Out of state checks require 10 days to clear. A finance charge of 1.5% of the unpaid balance will be charged on all balances remaining due past thirty (30) days. 4. If shipment is lost or delayed, Mare Owner assumes all risks of lost time and expense associated with preparation of his/her mare for breeding. 5. Ordering and Shipping Semen. a. Our Breeding program allows us to ship semen via FedEx or UPS overnight next day ground. Counter to counter (Air) is available at added cost or when possible by Grey Hound. b. We collect and ship on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS. If you have a need outside these days, you must notify us preceding your need to determine availability. We will make every effort to fill your need. c. We request you order a shipment the day before you will need it. This will allow us to jointly work out shipping arrangements d. Request shipment by 08:00 AM (Mountain Time) on the day the semen is to be collected and shipped. Cancellations must be received before 1200 AM (Mountain Time) on shipping day. 6. In the event that not enough semen is collected to meet a day's breeding and shipping needs, shipped semen requests will be filled in the order received. On farm mares will have first priority. 7. Live Foal Guarantee. If the mare does not produce a live foal in 2011, a rebreed will be allowed for the same mare or a substitute mare, with stallion owner approval, for the 2012 season only.
